- Points are non-transferable between accounts
- ExFunCity reserves the right to adjust point values, expiry, or redemption options at any time
- Points earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited and may result in account termination

8. Intellectual Property

10. Termination
ExFunCity reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your points balance will be permanently forfeited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
