How to Redeem Points

Log in to your account

Sign in via the Login / Register button on the homepage. Your points balance appears in the top navbar.

Open the Point Mall

Click the Mall icon in the top navbar. Browse all available rewards — gifts, vouchers, and exclusive items.

Choose your reward

Each item shows the points required. Make sure you have enough before redeeming.

Confirm the redemption

Tap redeem and confirm. Your balance will be deducted immediately. Redemptions are final.

Receive your reward

Rewards are delivered digitally or via contact details you provide. Check your redemption history in your profile.

VIP Levels

The more points you earn, the higher your VIP level — unlocking exclusive missions, bonus multipliers, and priority access to limited rewards.

Fraudulent activity will result in points forfeiture and account ban
ExFunCity may modify point values and rewards at any time
