• Telegram ID and username — your primary identifier on ExFunCity, collected at login
• Display name and profile photo — pulled from your Telegram profile at login
• Email address — collected optionally if you choose to provide it
• Points and activity data — check-ins, missions, games played, items redeemed
• Device and browser data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent
• Cookies — see Section 4

We do not collect your phone number, payment details, or government identification.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your ExFunCity account
• To track and credit your points balance accurately
• To display your profile and leaderboard position
• To send account-related notifications
• To improve platform performance and content quality
• To detect fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 14 business days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.

ExFunCity publishes casino reviews and gambling-related content for informational purposes only, for users aged 18 and above. ExFunCity does not operate any casino. If you access third-party casino websites through links on ExFunCity, those platforms operate under their own privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ExFunCity after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
